Ezequiel Perez

Ezequiel Perez serves as a Strategic Advisor to the management of Agallas Equities, providing strategic counsel drawn from over 20 years of experience in finance, investment management, and entrepreneurship, all deeply informed by his roots and ongoing engagement in the Dominican Republic.

In this role, Ezequiel advises the firm’s executive leadership on complex matters of corporate strategy, macroeconomic trends, risk governance, and capital allocation. His deep industry relationships, both on the island and within the global Dominican diaspora, provide a unique cross-border perspective that is invaluable for navigating periods of market transition and identifying long-term structural opportunities.

Ezequiel holds a Master’s degree from Mercy College and a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Farmingdale State University. His advisory role is an extension of his core commitment: to help organizations thrive through disciplined execution and innovative strategy, a principle he actively applies to empower business growth both in the Dominican Republic and internationally.
